The WK3 Intelligent Heat Distortion & Vicat Softening Temperature Tester is a testing equipment developed by our company for determining the Vicat softening temperature (VST) of rigid PVC (PVC-U) pipes, thermoplastic materials, as well as rigid molded products and sheets. It is widely used by quality inspection agencies, research institutes, and manufacturers.
This device features computerized automatic control, real-time monitoring of bath temperature, display/printing of heating curves and displacement-temperature curves, and automatic generation of test reports for material softening characteristic analysis. With temperature measurement and control accuracy exceeding national standards, it ensures precise and reliable results, making it an increasingly popular new-generation testing instrument.
