This equipment is designed to assess the reaction to fire performance of building materials or single products under the single burning item (SBI) test. The system includes a combustion test chamber, control room, trolley, smoke exhaust duct, data acquisition and analysis unit, and gas supply control system.
Conforms to the following standards:
GB/T 20284-2006
GB 8624-2012
Smoke Exhaust Rate: 0.5 m³/s – 0.65 m³/s, automatically controlled
Ambient Temperature Measurement in Test Chamber: K-type armored thermocouple with 1 mm diameter
Ambient Humidity Measurement in Test Chamber: 0–100%, accuracy ±3%
Atmospheric Pressure Measurement: 300–1100 hPa, accuracy ±1.5 hPa
Smoke Duct Temperature Measurement: Imported K-type armored thermocouple with 0.5 mm diameter
Temperature Measurement Accuracy: ±0.5°C
High-Precision Pressure Sensor for Smoke Duct: 0–200 Pa, accuracy ±2 Pa
Time Recording System Accuracy: 0.1 s
Data Acquisition Interval: Every 3 seconds
Overall Dimensions (Chamber and Duct): 5500 × 3150 × 4500 mm (L × W × H)
Combustion Chamber Dimensions: 3150 × 3150 × 2500 mm (L × W × H)
Test Duration: 30 minutes (1 min preparation, 26 min test, 3 min cooling and purification)
Computerized Data Acquisition System: Automatically records oxygen concentration, carbon dioxide concentration, flue gas temperature, ambient temperature, and humidity (sampling interval: 3 s). It can automatically calculate heat release rate, THR600s, flame growth rate index (FIGRA), smoke production rate index, and total smoke production.
Chamber Construction: Modular cabinet frame, detachable
Insulated Exhaust Duct, Hood, and Collector: Double-layer insulation ensures measurement accuracy; duct gas flow rate is automatically adjustable
Combustion Control System: Uses specialized solenoid valves
